When calling on ICT issues, please give your name, room & phone nr, and describe short issue. Please insist on receiving a Ticket Number (Case Number), where we and you can track it. Should your case be not solved within 4 business days, please send EiTM managing director a short email with Ticket Number/details (only emails). This way we can have centralized support and controlled process.
